### Troubleshooting tips

For some issues you may encounter on the 8seats mobile app, there are a few quick things you can try to help resolve the problem you may be experiencing.

We suggest trying these **4 solutions, in this order**, until one of them helps to resolve the issue:

1. *First, check your internet connection.*

2. *Next, restart the 8seats app.*

3. *Next, sign out, then sign back in to your account.*
