# Did the app sign you out unexpectedly?

### I got signed out of the app unexpectedly

There is a known issue affecting some users which causes the app to periodically sign out. We’re working on a solution to this and will have it resolved as quickly as possible.

**What to do:**

* Ensure that you have an active internet connection – follow the steps [here](#solution-1-check-your-internet-connection) if you need.
* If you have been signed out of the app, you will need to sign back in to your account:
  * Tap the “Sign in” button.
  * Sign in using your mobile phone number.
  * Enter the one time password you receive via SMS to access your account.
* Please also ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed.
