There is a known issue affecting some users which causes the app to periodically sign out. We’re working on a solution to this and will have it resolved as quickly as possible.
What to do:
Ensure that you have an active internet connection – follow the steps if you need.
If you have been signed out of the app, you will need to sign back in to your account:
Tap the “Sign in” button.
Sign in using your mobile phone number.
Enter the one time password you receive via SMS to access your account.
Please also ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed.
