### Re-install the 8seats app

**On iOS devices**

* Long hold on the 8seats app icon on your device and tap “Remove App”.
* Go to the App Store and download and install the app again.
* Sign in using your mobile phone number.
* Enter the one time password you receive via SMS to access your account.

**On Android devices**

* Long press the 8seats app icon, tap “App Info”, then tap "Uninstall".
* Go to the App Store and download and install the app again.
* Sign in using your mobile phone number.
* Enter the one time password you receive via SMS to access your account.
