### Restart the 8seats app

**On iOS devices**

* Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and let go to view all open apps.
* Find the 8seats app and swipe it upwards to close it.
* Locate the 8seats app icon on your device and tap it to re-open the app.

**On Android devices**

* Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and let go to view all open apps.
* If you’re on Android Go with 3-button navigation, tap the ||| Recent Apps button.
* Find the 8seats app and swipe it upwards to close it.
* Locate the 8seats app icon on your device and tap it to re-open the app.
