1. **Start New Conversations**
   * Use the **Heads Up and Down** feature to control participation.
   * **Heads up:** Start or join conversations.
   * **Heads down:** Stay private when needed.
2. **Switch Between Sub-Groups**
   * Swipe between sub-groups for seamless collaboration, keeping your discussions focused and fluid.

   * Tap to adjust who’s actively participating in conversations.
