Solution 3 - Sign out and back into your account

Sign out, then sign back into your account

  • Open the menu by tapping on the Profile icon on the top left corner of any of the main screens.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the menu and tap “Sign out on this device”.

  • You will be take back to the sign in screen – now tap the “Sign in” button.

  • Sign in using your mobile phone number.

  • Enter the one time password you receive via SMS to access your account.
