Check your internet connection
On iOS devices
Settings check:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Scroll down and tap on Wi-Fi or Mobile depending on your connection type.
Check if the Wi-Fi or Mobile data switch is turned on and connected to a network.
Control center check:
Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to open Control Center.
Look for the Wi-Fi, Mobile, or Airplane Mode icon.
If Wi-Fi or Cellular is enabled, and there are no exclamation marks or warning signs, you likely have an active internet connection.
Browser check:
Open Safari or any other browser on your iPhone.
Try to load a webpage. If the webpage loads successfully, you have an active internet connection.
On Android devices
Quick settings check:
Swipe down from the top of the screen to open Quick Settings.
Look for the Wi-Fi, Mobile Data, or Airplane Mode icon.
If Wi-Fi or Mobile Data is enabled, and there are no warning signs, you likely have an active internet connection.
Settings check:
Open the Settings app on your Android device.
Tap on Connections or Network & internet.
Check if Wi-Fi or Mobile Data is toggled on and connected to a network.
Browser check:
Open Google Chrome or any other browser on your Android device.
Try to load a webpage. If the webpage loads successfully, you have an active internet connection.
