# Update & manage your profile

***Lets update your profile image. Just follow the easy steps below.***

### Step-by-step - Updating your profile image

1. Access the menu by tapping on your profile image in the top left hand corner.
2. Tap the ‘Manage your profile’ button.
3. Edit your profile picture by tapping the blue circle ‘image’ button. A pop up will allow you to:

* Select a photo from your library – tap ‘choose’
* Choose a preset avatar – tap ‘set avatar’.
* Or on mobile you can instantly snap a picture using your camera&#x20;

4. Once you select one of the above options, click ‘save’.

***Need to manage your profile details. Simply follow the steps below.***

### Step-by-step - Manage your profile details&#x20;

1. Access the menu by tapping on your profile image in the top left hand corner.
2. Tap the ‘Manage your profile’ button.
3. Here you can update your:

* Display Name (The shorter version of your name shown to other people)
* Full Name
* Email address (Personal)

4. You will need to tap ‘save’ to lock in any profile changes or simply tap ‘cancel’ if you wish to discard any of your edits.

**Note:** Any details relating to your Workspace are managed by your Workspace administrator including: - Job title, Department, Team, Location and Email address (Work).
